Delivery & Returns

Information relating to delivery times, order processing, returns and operational expectations.

We aim to keep things straightforward, reasonably efficient and professionally calm.

Delivery

All Bit Overdressed products are produced to order and shipped directly through our fulfilment partners.

This allows us to produce garments more intentionally while reducing unnecessary overproduction and excess inventory.

Orders are typically processed within a few business days before dispatch.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination, product type and seasonal demand, but most orders arrive within:

  • UK: 3–7 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent by email.

Operational delays can occasionally occur during busy periods, public holidays or broadly unpredictable global situations, but we’ll always aim to keep communication clear and reasonably reassuring.

Returns

If something isn’t quite right, returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items should be:

  • unworn
  • unused
  • unwashed
  • in original condition

Because products are made to order, we’re unfortunately unable to offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing choices. We strongly recommend checking the Size Guide before placing an order.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect or operationally compromised in some way, please contact us and we’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or product, the original order should be returned first (where eligible) before placing a new order.
