Everything at Bit Overdressed is produced to order rather than sitting in a warehouse waiting for existential purpose.

Most orders are processed within approximately 2–5 business days before shipping.

Estimated delivery times:

• UK: 3–7 business days
• US: 5–10 business days
• International: usually a little longer, operationally speaking

Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent by email so you can monitor progress as closely or casually as you prefer.

The “Something Operationally Incorrect” Policy

We want you to feel good about your order.

If something arrives damaged, defective or unexpectedly wrong, we’ll make it right.

Here’s how it works:

• Damaged or incorrect items are eligible for a replacement or refund
• Please contact us within 14 days of delivery
• Items should be unused and in original condition where possible
• Include your order number and a photo of the issue if relevant
